Marco is an aerospace engineer who has been working for over 25 years on industrial innovation and problem solving in complex environments. Over the years, he has held several roles — including CTO, COO, entrepreneur, and consultant — while maintaining the same core focus: helping companies and teams improve performance and find solutions when problems seem stuck.
Today, he focuses in particular on integrating TRIZ and AI to make problem solving more structured, faster, and more effective. Alongside consulting and teaching, including at university level, he contributes to the development of tools such as TRIZ Wizard, with the goal of turning robust methods into practical, accessible, and useful tools for real-world work.
